Alrighty, this is truly the 1st press of the classic Dead album. I gave it a listen to and here are my thoughts. Records are 54 years old. There is very light background in very quiet parts and some track clicks here and there (not much). Being that every copy I normally here of this sounds solid to poor I will state that this is a excellent playing copy. You won't be disappointed.
Records are in very good+ condition. Some light faint surface marks. Test played and plays 8.5 out of 10, at the beginning of album there is a light surface noise which could be inherent in this pressing, some random track clicks (pops). The cover has overall light wear with a touch of light ring wear. Inner sleeves and booklet are near mint/mint condition.
On a 1 - 10 Scale I rate it: Record = 8.5 Cover = 9 Inner Sleeve = 8.5 Insert = 10
