Get a rare and collectible Haunted Mansion stereo edition, play tested well for its age and lower rating. 
Cover is intact but has tear on bottom edge, booklet is intact with some wear and stains, record plays great has light scratches and some background noise, no skips observed but may have minor skips somewhere.
