You are bidding on the rare LP:
The Hook- Will Grab You, released by Uni (Universal City Records) (73023) (US 1044/5) in Stereo in 1968. Made in the U.S. Original Pressing!
*Bobby Arlin formed this very heavy psych trio after his former band, The Leaves, broke up. Now, The Hook is really nothing st all like The Leaves. Arlin's guitar-work is way fuzzed-out and wildly psychedelic for The Hook, and he is greatly complemented by the hard-drivin' bass grooves of Buddy Sklar. This is not only a fantastic & rare psych record, The Hook's tunes also show some nice elements of Soul/R&B as well as twisted surrealism.*
The thick Vinyl is visually-graded in VG+ condition. When looked at under a bright light, the record shows a rich luster and a few, very light surface marks.
The Cover is graded in VG+ condition, just showing some fairly minor edge wear and some incredibly minor ring wear.
Shipping is calculated by ebay at the actual cost for you, the consumer. I don't charge any extra fees for material or handling. Please note that my shipping costs have gone up ever so slightly, to more accurately reflect what the Post Office charges, especially with international shipping. I am making some slight adjustments with ebay's calculated shipping to more accurately reflect the actual rates. Thanks.
For combined shipping, please add $1 for each additional LP you purchase. If you buy many records from me, I can ship them all together in one box, and charge you the actual cost I pay at the post office. International customers, please keep in mind that once you reach 4 pounds (roughly 4 LPs+), 1st Class International is no longer a shipping option, and you must ship Priority or Express.
Insurance is your option as a buyer. International customers, please keep in mind that you can only insure your item if you ship Express, which can be very expensive. Please contact me if you would prefer this option.
