Description
Track Records were arguably the most successful and significant of the 60’s Independent record labels. Originally the home of Jimi Hendrix, The Who, The Crazy World Of Arthur Brown & Thunderclap Newman amongst others.
The House that Jack Built is a rare compilation album from 1969 on the Track Records label - catalogue no. 613 016 (although it is not listed in the original Track Records catalogue which you can view on their website). The tracks are as follows:-
Side 1.

The album is in a gatefold sleeve with cover design by David King. The cover is in fair condition with some rubbing to the edges and corners and several creases. There is wear to the inner spine but no tears. The inner sleeve is original with some creasing and discolouration but once again , no tears. Also on the top right hand corner there is the number 326 and £12.95 underneath written in felt tip, albeit quite neatly done. £12.95 is the price I paid for the record about 25 years ago which was alot of money then.
The vinyl is in pretty good condition with only light surface scratches. It is quite thick and weighty compared with modern day records and plays fine. Altogether a very nice collectable record which you won't see too often.
