Very Good Condition

In 1978 I worked in a Bradford record shop and The Jam did a personal appearance to sign copies of their new LP All Mod Cons,they were playing at St Georges Hall that night.

Pauls dad and Jam manager John, made sure we had special tickets for the show,and we went backstage and then back to the Norfolk Gardens hotel with the band afterwards.Paul was and probably is a really nice bloke but was a bit miffed we couldn't get him the pizza he desired. Fantastic memories. And the gig was f******g great
