Very Rare Double Vinyl LP - Fan Club Issue Only 1982

Incorrect track listing on rear cover as I'm sure anyone reading this already knows.

Side 1 - Ghosts / A Town Called Malice / The Modern World / Away From The Numbers / So Sad About Us / Move On Up

Side 2 - Pity Poor Alfie - Fever / Thick As Thieves / Its To Bad / Carnation / Start / Smithers-Jones

Side 3 - Precious / Pretty Green / Circus / When Youre Young / Down In The Tubestation At Midnight / David Watts

Side 4 - Mr Clean / All Mod Cons / To Be Someone / The Gift / Boy About Town / Funeral Pyre

Sleeve Condition - Excellent (Slight vinyl ring and light creasing to bottom of sleeve, tiny tear approx 3mm on rear. However sleeve is still 'stiff' with no edge wear)

Record Condition - Very Good / Excellent (No scratches or surface marks. Does have a very small chip in the edge of one of the discs approx 1mm, does not affect needle lowering onto LP or play in anyway)
