The Kinks - Lot of 12 UK original 1960's Pye 7" Singles & EP

 

This is a great little collection of UK original 1960's "Kinks" Pye 7" Singles & one EP. This is a classic lot of 1960's UK R'n'B/ Mod/ Beat UK singles.

 

 1. You Really Got Me/ It's All Right (Pye 7N 15673 UK 7" 1964) UK original with a 4 pronged centre & A-7M/ B-2M matrices. It has its original company paper sleeve. This is in VG condition. Vinyl: Mild to more moderate sleeve rubs can be seen under a strong light. VG condition. Plays VG to VG+ overall. There are a few tiny black specks on one label. Otherwise mild spindle wear.

2. All Day & All Of The Night/ I Gotta Move (Pye 7N 15714 UK 7" 1964) UK original with a 4 pronged centre & 1st press A-1T/ B-2T matrices. It has its original company paper sleeve. This is in VG condition. Vinyl: Mild sleeve rubs can be seen under a strong light, & a couple of light marks. VG condition. Plays VG+ overall. There is a small bit of tape, on the A-side, with an initial on it. Otherwise they show mild to moderate spindle wear.

3. Tired Of Waiting For You/ Come On Now (Pye 7N 15759 UK 7" 1965) UK original with a 4 pronged centre & 1st press A-2/ B-1 matrices. It has its original company paper sleeve. This is in VG+ condition. Vinyl: Mild to more moderate sleeve rubs can be seen under a strong light. VG condition. Plays VG+ overall. The labels are clean and show mild spindle wear.

4. Set Me Free/ I Need You (Pye 7N 15854 UK 7" 1965) UK original with a solid centre & 1st press A-1/ B-2 matrices. It has its original company paper sleeve. This is in VG++ condition. Vinyl: Mild to more moderate sleeve rubs can be seen under a strong light, & one light mark. VG condition. Plays VG+ overall. The labels are clean and show mild spindle wear.

5. Till The End Of The Day/ Where Have All The Good Times Gone (Pye 7N 15981 UK 7" 1965) UK original with a solid centre & 1st press A-1/ B-1 matrices. It has its original company paper sleeve. This is in VG++ condition. Vinyl: Moderate sleeve rubs can be seen under a strong light, & few light marks. Good+ condition. Plays VG to VG+ overall but with crackle. The labels are clean but show moderate spindle wear.

6. Dedicated Follower Of Fashion/ Sittin' On My Sofa (Pye 7N 17064 UK 7" 1966) UK original with a 4 pronged centre & 1st press A-1/ B-1 matrices. It has its original company paper sleeve. This is in VG+ condition. Vinyl: Moderate sleeve rubs can be seen under a strong light, & some marks. Good condition. Plays VG overall. The labels are clean and show mild spindle wear.

7. Sunny Afternoon/ I'm Not Like Everybody Else (Pye 7N 17125 UK 7" 1966) UK original with a solid centre & 1st press A-1/ B-1 matrices. It has its original company paper sleeve. This is in VG+ condition. Vinyl: Light to mild sleeve rubs can be seen under a strong light. VG+ condition. Plays VG to VG+ overall. The labels are clean and show mild spindle wear.

8. Dead End Street/ Big Black Smoke (Pye 7N 17222 UK 7" 1966) UK original with a 4 pronged centre & 1st press A-6/ B-3 matrices. It has its original company paper sleeve. This is in VG+ condition. Vinyl: Mild sleeve rubs can be seen under a strong light, & a couple of light marks. VG+ condition. Plays VG to VG+ overall. There is a small sticker on the B-side label. Otherwise mild spindle wear.

9. Waterloo Sunset/ Act Nice & Gentle (Pye 7N 17321 UK 7" 1967) UK original with a solid centre & 1st press A-1/ B-1 matrices. It has its original company paper sleeve. This is in Near EX condition. Vinyl: Mild to more moderate sleeve rubs can be seen under a strong light, & a couple of light marks. VG condition. Plays VG+ overall. There is a mild tape stain on the A-side label. Otherwise mild spindle wear.

10. Autumn Almanac/ Mr. Pleasant (Pye 7N 17400 UK 7" 1967) UK original with 1st press A-1/ B-1 matrices. It has its original company paper sleeve. This is in VG++ condition. Vinyl: Mild to more moderate sleeve rubs can be seen under a strong light, & a couple of light hairline marks. VG condition. Plays VG to VG+ overall. There centre is missing so this has a large centre hole. Otherwise the labels are clean.

11. Lola/ Berkeley Mews (Pye 7N 17961 UK 7" 1970) UK original with a 4 pronged centre & 1st press A-1/ B-1 matrices. It has its original company paper sleeve. This is in VG+ condition. Vinyl: Light sleeve rubs can be seen under a strong light, & a couple of light hairline marks. VG+ condition. Plays VG+ to VG++ overall. The labels are clean and show mild spindle wear. 

12. Kinksize Session (Pye NEP 24200 UK 7" EP 1965) UK original EP. It has a front laminated flipback sleeve. The record has solid labels & has A-4/ B-3 matrices. Sleeve: A name has been written twice on the rear sleeve. There is some mild to more moderate ringwear & mild fading on the rear. VG condition. Vinyl: Mild to more moderate sleeve rubs can be seen under a strong light. VG condition. Plays VG+ overall. There is a small bit of tape, on Side 2, with an initial on it. Otherwise mild to moderate spindle wear.

 

Grading adheres to “Record Collector” specifications. I shall use good quality packaging (proper vinyl mailers & two card dividers).

Insurance is necessary if this item exceeds £20. Overseas buyers will add £5.25 extra (plus an additional £2.50 if the item value exceeds £70).
