THE KINKS ( Rare 1967 UK 1st Press Stereo lp complete with correct Cover and inner , all in very nice condition.Not 100% sure but possibly UK Export issue as PYE mainly produced UK mono issues and most stereo issues were produced for Export ! )

COVER

This is the original Garrod & Lofthouse tri-flapped Un-laminated cover ! Unlike most of these examples , this one has survived extremely well. The front panel is very clean and bright with only a couple of minor storage mark, there is a' stereo nspl 'sticker located in the top left corner ( also a nspl sticker attached to the rear ) This was standard practice of Pye , all covers were manufactured to house mono issues ! any stereo issues were just revamped with a sticker over the Cat No and sometimes on the front ! The spine is very strong and square with fully readable text and no splits, the corners are all in nice shape with just some very,very light wear , the rear panel is again in very clean and bright shape with no writing etc and just the odd faint mark , flaps are all clean and intact ! overall a very nice example of this vulnerable un-laminated cover ( see-pics) EXCELLENT CONDITION !

VINYL

Both sides have a rich deep glossy shine and look super , even under bright light inspection ,nothing more than some faint wispy paper removal marks are visable , no scratches or scuffs ! this has been very well cared as most are very badly scratched, scuffed etc.Both sides play through very clear with bright sound on all tracks with no pops, skips or clicks and just a faint, low level static crackle inbetween some tracks. This is a great sounding lp which is very hard to find these days ! ( see-pics) Both sides Visualy and audibly EXCELLENT CONDITION

LABELS Both labels are in super clean shape and not spoilt with writing , stickers or stains , and only a couple of miss-aimed spindle marks to each side which are very hard to avoid on these labels , overall a very clean & bright set (see-pics) EXCELLENT CONDITION ! INNER Original white inner sleeve,clean and bright with no writing, marks or tears present ! has the Made in England print in the lower corner ,super clean example ! DISCS ARE ALWAYS REMOVED FROM THEIR COVERS AND HOUSED IN PROTECTIVE PLASTIC SLEEVES.THEY ARE THEN PLACED BETWEEN RIGID CARD STIFFERNERS AND THEN CAREFULLY PACKED IN STRONG PROFESSIONAL CUSTOM MADE BOXES. THUS GIVING MAXIMUM PROTECTION, SO YOU RECIEVE THE ITEM IN THE SAME CONDITION AS IT LEFT US.
