From Mira Records (LP 3005) this is HEY JOE by THE LEAVES, an original (first ) US mono pressing released in 1966. Jacket is clean and very sturdy showing minor shelf wear (see photos); easily rates EX+ or better. 

Labels show a few spindle marks and playing surfaces visibly grade about NEAR MINT; play grades VG+ to NEAR MINT with low volume surface noise in many places. However, there are long passages and most of side two that play solidly NEAR MINT or better. Any extraneous sounds do not intrude into the music nor distract from enjoyment of the recorded sound.  Absolutely no distortion even in the more dynamic passages and even when cranked to higher volumes. Even with the minor surface noise we highly recommend this piece -- it plays beautifully. 

And what a pioneering band! The Byrds borrowed guitar licks from them and even the Beatles borrowed piano parts for the White Album.  The Leaves' Hey Joe was the first recorded version. Amazing guitar work and a very cool harmonica make this LP in the avant garde of its day!
