Description
"The Legend Of Jesse James" ,Levon Helm ,Johnny Cash ,Emmylou Harris ,Charlie Daniels ,Albert Lee , Rodney Crowell ,Rosanne Cash , released in 1980 on A & M SP -3718 . I think this version of A & M's album must have been issued for promotional purposes , as the artists are interviewed and give background and introductions to the tracks . Although the sleeve is A & M's original ,the label is for the Weedeck Corporation - "Quality Radio Syndication " . There are two stops on the record where the needle has to be lifted across the tracks to continue playing . There are some background sounds on the record restricting the grading to "very good " ,using the Goldmine classifications . the sleeve is in excellent condition .
