Description

The Legends on Railroad House Records 12003.
"High Towers" and "Fever Games"  Record is in VG condition.
Extremely rare double-sided monster PA garage / psych 45
from 1969. Record has some light non feel-able surface marks only.
The record plays much better than a VG, more like a VG+ or
a VG++ with barely any surface noise. The A side has a funky
looking label. This 45 is very rare and never turns up!!

GRADING OF RECORDS 

MINT – record looks new and perfect looking. Not many records make this grade. 
NEAR MINT – record is ‘like new” very clean with only possibly the most minor and superficial of marks. 
VG++ record has only very minor surface marks and wear and is in excellent condition. 
VG+ record shows some surface marks but the record is still in relatively good shape. no feel-able scratches 
VG   record shows a fair amount of wear. may have feel-able scratches 
G   record shows excessive wear.
