First Pressing Very Good Plus
Plays Near Mint Plus
LP: (Graded) Very Good Plus, according to Goldmine record grading definitions. Has a very modest amount of sleeve scuffs and hairlines / abrasions but nothing that presents a tracking issue as comprehensively tested - please see play grade specifics below.
Still has excellent plating gloss and labels are still in good shape, but with a few spindle trails. The LP is exceptionally clean and turntable ready .
Play Graded: Near Mint Plus. In relation to the graph below in which a 10 rating is the equivalent of the absence of surface noise of a Compact Disc, this LP pegs the meter at a minimum of 9.8 between tracks and a 9.8 or better during the musical selections. You'll have a difficult time distinguishing the playback from the clean, quiet sound of a CD, but the richness of Analog will evidence itself.
The mastering was excellent in this pressing run and in contrast to much product in this time frame, the vinyl used in the pressing was pure. This is the prime factor in hearing NM + audio performance from a VG+ visual graded LP.
Cover: (Graded) Very Good Plus - quite modest and moderate degree of ring / shelf / edgewear but has all solid seams and mostly legible spine printing..
