Description
The Manila Machine, issued on the Asia Major records, #CRG-6681, in 1973.
A six piece group from the Philippines, who toured U.S. Military bases in the Far East during the late sixties and Las Vegas in the seventies.
A ten track disc: "Baby I'm For Real", "Higher And Higher", "Power To The People", "Groove Me", "Lonely Teardrops", "Oh Girl", "Poor Loser", "Any Way I Can", "Puppy Love", and "I Dig Everything About You".
The best singer is the one who sounds remarkably like Jackie Wilson.
A VG++ sleeve with slight ring wear on the front, Strong seams and spine. There is a small pen mark in the upper right hand of the front cover.
The disc is only lightly played and looks NM, but after a listening I'm going a say VG++. Cleaned on a VPI 16.5.
