LITTLE BIRD FLIES INTO A BIG BLACK CLOUD by THE MICROPHONES (2002 St Ives#03)
This very rare record by the microphones is limited to 400 copies and all have a different HAND PAINTED cover. The covers are made from the backs of other scrap records turned inside out and the title is letterpressed. This is an awesome release, that I will be sad to see go as these are very hard to come by.
This copy is in EXCELLENT CONDITION. I am the original owner and the sleeve has been kept in the plastic poly bag the whole time I've had it and the record, i've only played a few times (i recorded it to MD and listened to that). The music is simply Phil on the piano and has bits that were evenually released on other albums (in very different form) but most is only found here. Tracklisting is as follows:
