Description
If you are searching for this then you know that it is a piece of punk rock history: the Misfits at their finest! When I bought this in the early 1990's, it was the only legit way to hear "Last Caress."
This is an original copy of the Misfits seminal 12" Beware EP. The jacket shows signs of wear at the corners and the open end. The seams are intact with no signs of splitting. The impression of a record is visible in the jacket, but nothing that has worn through the jacket's finish. Someone wrote their name and a date on the back of the jacket (see photos). This wasn't me, and I can only assume it was the original owner. The record plays perfectly. It sounds best at high volume, like all Misfits records!
This LP was released through Plan 9/Cherry Red, and has the telltale "smoke" mark to the right of Jerry Only on the front cover. I've researched it pretty heavily, and only 3,120 of these bad boys exist.
