This Is Promo White Label Copy, Japanese Word "Sample" , "Not for Sale" are Printed on Both Labels.

Disc is EX, Sleeve is EX Minus, Back Part of OBI Strip Has Some Small Light Brown Dot Spots Like The Photo # 5.
