The Mob MAD 002 Self Released by the Mob Poster Sleeve

As I could not see anything that looked like the sleeve and labels that I have on Discogs/EBay I contacted the record company to see if they could provide any further information. This was the response I received:
“The All The Madmen promotional poster (here used as a poster-sleeve) was produced in 1981 and given out or sold in a few places - esp. Acorn in Yeovil.
The disc is probably from the second pressing. First pressings were mostly hand stamped. Second pressings were left blank or (as here) included hand written titles. This looks like Mark Mob's writing.
It's likely that the poster was used at a time when the band/label had run out of sleeves or, between the sleeve print being varied to include the lyrics and changing contact addresses (e.g. Freedom Press and Seend). It could simply have been used to replace a missing sleeve.
What you have here is not so much a previously unlisted release as it is an interesting variation of it's time.”
On Discogs there is a comment that the first 1,000 copies of the self released version had hand written labels done by the band. My best guess is that this one of these records. At time of purchase I had no way of knowing that this was not the normal sleeve.

Labels Ex Hand written design believed to be done by Mick Mob. There does appear to be some light print (on both sides) either under the white labels on transferred from another record onto the label

I am not a dealer. I have just decided that it is time to sell off the records that I bought back in the day (circa 1977 to 1981).
As my records are all at least 35 years old I will not be grading anything above excellent.
I will try to supply the most accurate description possible. Vinyl records do tend to crackle from time to time. If you are seeking perfect sound quality vinyl records is probably not the best option.
All my records have been carefully stored in the dark for at least the last 30 years. My home is smoke and pet free.
Records will be despatched in a Defendapack vinyl mailer. I will post the record as soon as possible after receipt of cleared payment. Proof of posting will be obtained.
Payment is required within 5 days of the auction ending. Please pay in GBP. Please do not bid if you do not intend to pay. Non-payers will be reported.
Returns are accepted if the description supplied does not match the record received. Buyer pays return postage.
