Description

The Mountain Goats Come, Come To The Sunet Tree Ed. 1000 RARE OOP Hand Finished and individually numbered. If you are here you know exactly what you are looking at. Thinning out my collection a bit. No returns accepted, please. All records lovingly cared for. Sleeve is VG++/NM- due to two small corner bumps at top right and bottom right corners. Vinyl is NM. This record rarely comes up for sale. Please check out my other records a well.

Self-released limited edition of 1000 hand-numbered copies with individually designed hand-made sleeves featuring home-recorded versions of most of the songs from The Sunset Tree and a few LP-only tracks. It was available from the band on tour and from a few selected mailorders. Though not a proper 4AD release the catalogue number CAD 2508 is given in the matrix.

A sticker on the cover gives the track names and states:

"this vinyl edition of the sunset tree consists of songs recorded at home in north carolina

respect to the flying man; we've got your back"
