NM: Virtually flawless. Maybe one or two very light sleeve scuffs.
EX+: Super clean. Maybe just a few very light sleeve scuffs and one or two very light and tiny superficial surface marks.
EX: Several light sleeve scuffs, a few light and tiny superficial surface marks.
VG++: Still a very clean record. Several superficial surface marks, sleeve scuffs.
VG+: Pretty clean. Same as VG++ but with a reasonable amount of superficial marks that would most likely create a bit of backround noise.
VG: Many superficial surface marks throughout and some very light scratches that would most likely affect play. VG-: Scratches that you can actually feel.
