The Orange Machine - Three Jolly Little Dwarfs/ Real Life Permanent Dream

(Pye 7N 17559 UK 7" 1968)


This is a UK original Demo or Promo 7" pressing. The record has custom yellow & black "Pye" Promo labels. These have a 4 pronged centre.  There is a large "A" printed on the A-side label. The record has 1st press A-1/ B-1 matrix stampers. It comes with its original company "Pye" blue paper sleeve. Two great late 1960's UK Psych tracks. Both are available, I believe, on Youtube to hear.  Both tracks have also been on retrospective 1960's Psych compilation LP's too. This is a rare late 1960's UK original Psych Demo 7" single. It seldom turns up.


Vinyl: There are moderate or considerable sleeve rubs which can be seen under a strong light. There are 5 hairline marks. The majority are very small. These measure from 0.5 cm to 3 cm in length. Good+ condition. The labels are in VG++ condition. There is some mild to more moderate spindle wear. The company paper sleeve is in VG+ condition. There is some light to mild ringwear & creasing. There are no seam splits.


I have fully play tested this 7" single. It plays VG overall. There is some light, mild or very mild crackle in the background. This is more noticeable in the quieter places. There are no noticeable loud clicks or pops. It does not jump or stick.
