THIS is part of a collection of promo vinyl that I'll be listing over the next few months. It comes from a prominent 1990s NME journalist. 

THIS SUPERB COLLECTORS' ITEM is a white label test pressing 12" of The Great White Wonder LP by The Pooh Sticks, that was manufactured for Fierce in 1991. It was assigned the catalogue number FRIGHT 050 but the release was cancelled and the record subsequently came out on Cheree. It has the same nine tracks as the commercially released version, both white labels are blank, and it is housed in a poly lined die cut paper sleeve upon which are written the band name and to NME writer to whom it was sent.

This Buy It Now item will be withdrawn from sale if not sold by March 28th.

CONDITION: Near Mint SHINY VINYL, NO SIGNS OF USE OR HANDLING but may have been played carefully at time of release before being stored. (I don't grade plain or generic sleeves or additional items such as press releases, which are as seen in the photo(s)). 

WHITE LABEL TEST PRESSINGS: Produced for the record label in very small quantities (sometimes as few as 10) to check that there are no faults in the mastering or pressing processes. Sometimes there are enough pressed for promo purposes (typically around 50-100).
