I'm still pretty new at grading records, but I would grade the vinyl at VG and the cover at VG+.
I play tested it and there were zero skips. There is surface noise, but you mostly only ever hear that between tracks and in the few quiet areas. It's possible that additional cleaning could improve this.
There is some light surface scuffs, but there are no deep scratches. If you've been looking for this release, this would be a solid addition to your collection.
