All items are graded to UK RECORD COLLECTOR standards, all items are both play graded and visually  inspected. 
The Parlor band. ..Is a friend. UK original  1972 progressive lp.One of the real top rarities  when it comes to UK progressive  albums.  This album has been in my own collection  since new. It is in real nice condition,  having always been  in a plastic gatefold  sleeve. 

SLEEVE... I  would grade the sleeve as a very strong Ex+... The sleeve is in near perfect shape. Nice sharp edges  to the fisc entry side, perfect spine (see pic 2 ). It is a final upgrade  copy I would say.
DISC.. The disc  has been played no more than 20 times, so I will grade it as Ex +... it is perfect. With no issues, and great audio.
