Small bend in lower left corner of album art cardboard- see last photo. First owner 1981 to 2020. Second owner 2020 to Present. Extremely Rare.
An official vinyl album for The Pee-wee Herman Show recorded live at the Roxy Theatre was released in 1981, but it was a very limited, single-sided picture disc.

• Label: The album was released by Fatima Recordz.
• Artwork: The disc featured original artwork by Gary Panter, who later became the Emmy Award-winning set designer for Pee-wee's Playhouse.

This stage show marked the first major appearance of Paul Reubens' character for a wider audience. It was different from the later children's TV series, incorporating more adult and edgy humor. The stage show was so popular that HBO filmed one of the performances, which later aired as a special in September 1981.
