Condition: Vinyl and jacket are M-; There is a light mark in one track, which does not affect play. Plays beautifully.

Payment:  Paypal only. Do not send payment until you receive our invoice, which we will send soon after the auction ends. This is especially important for international customers, who must pay for Registered Mail (with tracking and signature delivery confirmation) on items which sell for more than $70.00. Payment must be received within seven days. I file a non-paying bidder alert automatically on day eight.   

Packing/Shipping:  I pack all records in sturdy cardboard record mailers, with cardboard flats or bubble wrap, which provides excellent protection for your purchases.  Records are removed from their sleeves/ jackets to prevent damage in transit. As a record collector myself, I understand the importance of packing securely. My previous feedback verifies this claim. 

All items are shipped within two business days of receipt of payment, and I will notify you when I ship your item. Please notify me of any problems with your transaction, and I will try to resolve them within the guidelines below.

Grading:  As my feedback indicates, I grade records professionally and accurately, according to Goldmine standards. I play grade all records which look to be in less than Mint-Minus condition, which means that any visual defects will be noted and that the record's playability will be accurately and specifically described.  It is possible, though unusual, for a record which grades M- visually to play below that grade, in which case, you may certainly return it according to the policy below.  

Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, I accept returns on all items I sell (except sealed LPs which the buyer has opened), and I issue refunds according to the following policy: You pay (non-refundable) return postage and mail the item back to me within two weeks after receiving it.  When I receive your return, in the condition in which I originally mailed it to you, I will issue an immediate refund through Paypal.  I will refund both the cost of the item and the buyer's original postage cost.

Feedback: I post feedback for all buyers as soon as I receive theirs.

Postage: The following rates are for single items, so multiple items will require additional postage as indicated below.

U.S. Postage: The $4.00 rate includes postage (USPS Media Mail), and the cost of packing materials.  Please note that Media Mail can take from ten days to three weeks to arrive.  If you want your item sooner, send your zip code and  request a priority rate. Delivery confirmation, with signature confirmation and insurance required on more expensive items, will be included in the $4.00 shipping cost at my discretion. 

International Shipping Costs:

I ship all international purchases USPS First Class Mail International.  All items valued at more than $70.00 will be registered and sent First Class Mail International with signature confirmation of delivery required, which will cost the customer an additional $10.00.  See rates below. International buyers should adjust their bids to account for these additional shipping charges on more expensive items.  I take no responsibility for uninsured items shipped outside of the United States, and international customers are also responsible for all customs charges.

       1LP/10": $4.00 (Media Rate; includes costs/services as listed above.)

       1-7"/CD: $3.00 (1st Class; includes costs/services as listed above.)

Each additional record will add $1.00 to your postage cost.

International Postage (USPS First Class Mail International). Registered mail with delivery confirmation will be required for items valued at $70.00 or more at the following rates:

       1 LP/10": Canada: $6.50; Priority Mail International: $17.00; U.K./Europe/

                       Australia/Japan: $15.00;  Registered: $25.00

       1-7"/CD:  Canada: $3.00; U.K./Europe/Australia/Japan: $6.00; Registered:                        $16.00

Each additional record will add $3.00 to your postage cost.
