The Plagues - Cherry Pie / To Wander on Ron Records 1000. I found this picture sleeve in a box of old records, and I am a bit perplexed by it. I researched it a bit and found out that the Plagues were a 1965 garage band from the New England area. I also found out that this band's records are super rare and picture sleeves by this band are mega rare !! But I am not certain if this picture sleeve is a real 1965 Picture Sleeve release. There is no record included at all !! This picture sleeve isn't like normal picture sleeves that have an open seam and three closed sides. This picture sleeve is more like two separate pieces of paper instead. I am not sure if this is a legitimate 1965 Picture Sleeve because of this, but it might be. Since this was a very small label it may have been made in this crude way. This picture sleeve may also possibly be a bootleg copy of the original 1965 Picture Sleeve too perhaps. I really do not know. Very cool looking picture sleeve. See photos.
