Description
Up for auction The Platters Lp on Federal Records.
Record VG: The record still has much of its luster and sheen and is in nice VG condition with just too many light sleeve hairlines on it to give it a higher grade, there are no feeler scratches on it just light stuff and it does play well throughout, there is some hiss on the right channel on the song Only You then plays cleanly the rest of the way through and on all of side 2. Another thing keeping the record from hitting the VG+ mark is there is a name written lightly and hard to see on the label on side 2 above The Platters.
Cover G- : The cover has some paper missing from who knows what as shown, and I'm grading it G- being that it can hold an lp inside, the seams are for the most part still intact, there is an inch and a half split at the opening on the top seam and a 3 inch split on the top left corner where the paper is gone and down the spine about an inch. And the original price written in marker $3.98 on the back.
