Description

The Pogues- Rum, Sodomy & The Lash LP, first press, UK Release- extremely rare Variant #2. MCA-5744, Stiff records SEEZ 58


The tail numbers of “17” and “13” on sides A and B are very lightly hand etched so they are difficult to photograph, but I have verified them with a flashlight and magnifying glass.


The other distinctive indicator of the second variant is on the description of track #4, Side one. Song title: I’m A Man You Don’t Meet Every Day- the credits read as “Trad., arr. The Pogues”. This is the only version stating credits as such.


Stored for several decades in a record collection, in original inner sleeve


Vinyl is in Near Mint visual condition


Jacket is in excellent visual condition with some staining on front cover, very light corner wear


Inner sleeve in excellent visual condition, with some light staining and slight edge/corner wear
