Treasure Trove of UNPLAYED and SEALED 1st Pressing and Audiophile LPs from Top Rock Artists
In the early 1990s -- long before vinyl's reissue revival -- LP sales were in freefall as consumers embraced CDs. The LP's demise seemed certain when retailers stopped selling LPs and US record labels stopped pressing LPs for new releases. If a new release got an LP pressing, it was done in small numbers and not easily available.
This auction offers rare US and Western European 1st pressing LPs of the most significant rock albums of the early-to-mid 1990s in UNPLAYED condition. I purchased these albums new and guarantee they have never been played. I have also listed a few sealed audiophile pressings from iconic artists.
Please note: European import LPs were NOT sealed when purchased new. For US LPs, the shrink wrap was removed upon purchase to prevent warping. Some of these albums show signs of storage wear (minor cover/sleeve bends and splits) from being stored for 20+ years.

Please note: The plastic shrink wrap remains intact for 95% of the LP, but a very small area on the bottom corner of the front side is no longer sealed.

GRADING INFORMATION
- I grade conservatively. MINT is a sealed LP; NEAR MINT is an open LP/cover
with virtually no signs of use/wear; EXCELLENT is a well-looked-after LP/cover
with light signs of use/wear; VERY GOOD+ is an LP/cover with average signs of
use/wear but is not trashed. - I use unforgiving sunlight and incandescent light to visually grade each LP.
- I don’t make unverifiable claims as to how many plays a non-sealed LP has had.
