"Roxanne / Can't Stand Losing You" double-A-sided shaped Police-badge picture disc, released 1978.
The record has been played just once since 1978 - and that was only a few days ago, to test that it does actually play. Which it does, perfectly.
Between 1977 and 1981 I held various management positions with Pye Records. My roles involved interaction with record shops, wholesalers, reps, merchandisers & pluggers, as well as many of the artists and their management.
Although The Police were on A & M, Pye used to offer manufacturing, distribution and promotional assistance to many other labels. I can't recall exactly how (it was a long time ago) but they helped in some way with The Police in their early days. So a few of us were presented with these limited edition shaped picture discs.
I never played the record. Nor have I kept it in a plastic sleeve or anything, as an artefact. For the best part of 43 years, it's just sat in a cardboard box under the stairs with many of my other vinyls from that time.
The cardboard sleeve (designed to look like a US police badge holder) is a bit scuffed along the edges and spine. But just from storage and age, not use. And the disc itself had never been removed from the sleeve until last week!
I'm putting a few records up for sale*. So to check they play OK (not having had a record deck for years) I've bought a little brand-new Bush turntable to test them. So this picture disc had its first-ever - and only - clean and play last week. And it plays perfectly.

I'll make sure despatch is in a carefully protected manner, with rigid backing, bubblewrap, etc. After surviving 43 years, I don't want a courier damaging it to force through someone's letterbox! Though most couriers, it must be said, are pretty good and well-intentioned.
*If you're interested in other vinyls, do watch out the next few days for my other listings. Like this one most of my examples from the Pye days - some on the actual Pye label, others distributed labels - will have been played either just once (last week) to test, or 2-3 times at most. As most of them have just sat for over 40 years!
