THIS IS THE SUPER RARE PURPLE TRANSULCENT VINYL VERSION! YOU CAN TELL THAT IT IS TRANSLUCENT WHEN HELD UP TO A BRIGHT LIGHT.
This is also a complete copy with the all the goodies. Has the following attributes:
This is the SUPER RARE UNCENSORED "DOUBLE NUDE COVER", meaning there are 2 pictures of nude ladies on the cover. THIS HAS BECOME KNOWN AS THE "BANNED NUDE COVER". The nude photos are on the REAR Cover.
The Cover is still in the Original Shrink wrap with the Original Hype Sticker.
ALSO INCLUDES THE ORIGINAL MERCHANDISE ORDER FORM AND CUSTOM INNER LYRIC SLEEVE.
It is also a MASTERDISK RL pressing (Robert Ludwig). Ludwig was a master at mastering and his albums typically sound better than most. Has MASTERDISK stamped in the dead wax on both sides and has RL etched in the dead wax on Side 1, signaling a high quality Robert Ludwig mastering.
Features, of course, Sting, Stewart Copeland and Andy Summers.
Up for sale is one (1) The Police - Synchronicity LP from 1983 on A&M Records (#SP-3735).The Cover is still in the Original Shrink wrap with the Original Hype Sticker affixed directly to the front of the shrink wrap.
The shrink wrap has wear typical with age including creases, crumples, tears, etc... There are a few small tears in the shrink that are typical with age.
The orginal price sticker is still affixed to the front cover of the shrink wrap.(please see pics)
PLAY TESTED! I RECENTLY PLAYED THIS LP AND IT SOUNDS AWESOME! But you may hear surface noise typical with a Very Good+ grading.
The vinyl is in Very Good+ condition with typical wear from age that may cause surface noise typical with a Very Good+ grading. Yes, even with a Very Good+ grading there may be a certain amount of surface noise. More noticeable during the quiet parts.Nice, clean labels with some spindle marks.
The cover is still in the Original Shrink wrap and is in Very Good+ condition with typical wear from age, including, but not limited to corner dings, dents, ring wear, scrapes, fraying along the opening, etc... There are no split seams. This cover is in Very Good+ shape as it has been preserved in plastic lo these many years.
There is a small "dog ear" bend in the lower left corner of the front cover. (please see pics)
The Original Hype Sticker is in Very Good+ condition with typical wear from age. (please see pics)
The custom inner sleeve is in Very Good condition with typical wear from age, including, but not limited to corner dings, ring wear, crumples, foxing, creases, etc... There is a small split seam on 2 sides. And there is a small tear stemming from the side opening.(please see pics)
I placed the LP in a plain inner sleeve.
