The Prisoner - The Ron Grainer Orchestra - Original Soundtrack Music from the TV Series starring Patrick McGoohan LP WEBA 066 - 1986. Matrix Nos: WEBA 066 A-1, WEBA 066 B-1.
This is an original, first pressing, music soundtrack album of the legendary, surreal, television programme from 1967. This was produced in a limited edition for The Prisoner Appreciation Society in 1986. It has all the original inserts (please check out all the pictures).
The vinyl is in excellent condition with no scratches, sticks, jumps, warps, or distortion. Light crackle on the lead-in pn side one, with maybe a faint click here and there. There is also text scratched on the lead-outs with the matrix numbers, SIDE 1: 'See you on side 2....!!'; 'Boppin BoB'; MOP. SIDE 2: 'I am not a number.....!!', Hip hip hooray LoL' and 'cts WEMBLEY'.
The whole package consists of:
a Fold-out cover with a photo inner sleeve (no splits or tears);
a 24-page Booklet; a Map of Your Village gatefold insert poster, with credits for each episode on one side and logo on the other;
another folded poster with explanatory notes on the series on one side and an alternative map on the other;
the Prisoner Appreciation Society Associate Membership slip. All the inserts in near mint condition.
