The flip side here is the better track as I am sure you will know, this is a great Mod R&B tune that is really super, the A side is far more Beat, this is a pretty rare 45 nowadays.

The Condition (See below)

The Record / I will grade as a decent Very Good condition and the 45 plays nice. Under harsh light there is some light surface wear / light marks but there are NO deep or nasty marks and the record has a nice original gloss, this is not trashed like so many sellers VG gradings but not a mint example, this is a rare 45 to find.

The Labels / The labels are both in Excellent condition as you will see below.
The Cover / I will grade as a nice Very Good+ condition, a strict grade for this cover, there are NO side spits and is still clean with light normal storage wear only...

We use the UK grading system E.G. /VG / EX / MINT. We also use + and - if there are slight differences between the grades.
