Description
This is a vintage two record set of The Royal Ballet Gala Performances accompanied by a booklet of 22 pages and original record sleeves and case for the records in a slot that become the spine looking like a leather bound book. I believe this set dates from the late 1950's but I am not sure and contains selections from 8 of the greatest classical ballets performed in London. The labels are red seal and have RCA "New Orthophonic High Fidelity" LD 6065. The records appear to be in excellent condition with only a few minor use scuffs and one 2" scratch on side two (but I do not know if this affects the playing). Both sleeves and booklet are clean with no writing and no tears. The outer case is worn along the edges and cloth has many edge tears all around the outside.
