The Ramones debut self titled LP reissued in 2023 in mono and on transparent red vinyl; also included is a 7" 45 of Blitzkrieg Bop b/w Havana Affair, also on red vinyl but in a generic sleeve. It is brand new mint all around as was sent in a Japanese resealable sleeve, but I have opened since I will be shipping it out of the cover and out of the inner sleeve, and to photograph it. I did notice a small rip on one side of the inner as that is what happens when it is shipped in the jacket (as the supplier did), but does not take away at all from this epic classic helped establish the genre of Punk Rock. It was recorded in 1976 at an unbelievable price of $6400 in a week. A dozen years ago it was preserved by the National Recording Registry for is cultural, historical and aesthetical significance. Who'd of thunk back in the bicentennial year of 1976 it would be raised to this status. Long live punk, punks, and new wave.
