Sleeve does not have any flaws except for some very minor storage flaws, it very close to mint minus but we prefer to use a conservative grading so it's EX+. The same applys to the vinyl. No writings or tears, no scratches.

Q.  How does this work?  A.  Once payment has been received, we will ship the item within the next 96 hours.

Q.  How will the merchandise be sent to me?  A.  If  paper item, rolled in a strengthened tube or flat packed depending on the size of your order. If vinyl record or a DVD or a VHS, well packaged in a sturdy box.

Q.  How long will delivery take?  A.  15 business days, often sooner.

Q. I have not received my item yet. What can you do? A. In the unfortunate case you havee not received the package past 15 days from the shipping day, we will be able to submit a claim to the freight company only after 30 days from the shipping date. We can't be responsible from any loss depending from the shipping process, so you wan to be sure not to loose your moneyh you have to ask for insurance.  IF you will not ask for insurance, the package will be shipped by uninsured priority airmail.

Q. How much is insured shipping for this item? A. Please inquiry about insurance after the close of the auction because it has to be calculated on the final price.

Q.  Are your items original?  A.  Our memorabilia is inspected very carefully and is strictly original 1st pressing if not otherwise stated. If we clearly state it's original you can be sure it is. 

Q. Can you please email me audio samples or additional photos? A. Sorry but we can't comply with every single request considering our large stock of items and sale volumes. We do not sale through ebay only. We do also have a large catalogue distributed on a yearly basis. We always scan or take photos of the actual item. What you see is what you get. We will post the most detailed images within the limits of the scanner or camera used.
