Description

The Rolling Stones
Long deleted 5 LP box set this extremely rare item was a French only release this is A Decca pressing produced around 1976 to coincide with the release of the famous 1975 'Rolled Gold' 2 LP
Each of the 5 albums is dedicated to each of the 5 members of the band which includes Brian Jones   The vinyls are mint as are their respective sleeves, the labels and black lustre to the vinyls tell me that they have not hit the turntable, ever!
The outer box is a clam style opening and it comes with a black canvas covering the Rolling Stones and Decca text on the front are in glitter like small stones really and these must have produced by hand as they are glued down not like a machine finish so this alone tells you that not a massive run of these sets were ever produced!
Only reason this is classed as near mint and not absolutely mint is because the canvas has lifted in one corner but this is really small and I could stick this down.
Collectors and Stones completist's have a chance to pick up a really unique and rare item indeed!
