Description
The Rolling Stones Between The Buttons UK Mono Vinyl LP (1967) Label Variant
A nice original UK mono unboxed Decca pressing of this 1967 album by the Rolling Stones.
One owner from new - from the collection of pop journalist Paul Scudamore (who wrote for the Record Mirror under the nom de plume Mike Adams); likely sent to him as a review copy.
Well loved and well played.
Disc G; worn with light hairlines but free from scratches; associated surface noise; crackle; occasional pops; plays without skipping; light scuff to band five of side one; spindle marks to labels, which are otherwise clean and bright.
Inner sleeve Fair; age toning; separated at both edges; otherwise clean and quite sharp; plastic inner intact.
Sleeve G; handling wear; light creasing to Clarifoil; spine sl. squished; rear a little grubby; previous owner's name to top left corner.
A variant label which I cannot see recorded anywhere: deep groove; K/T tax code on the second side only; tracklisting typeface for side one is serif; different for side two, which is sans serif; 'Mirage Music' to left on side two; to right on side one.

Ultrasonically cleaned and finished with a Keith Monks Gemini to be in the best possible condition and ready to play.
