Description



Vintage 1972 U.S. Monarch pressing from Rolling Stones Records (COC2-2900). Gatefold jacket with the original card stock printed inner sleeves. Missing the postcard set. Arguably the definitive Rolling Stones album.

Vintage "Monarch pressings" were made at the Monarch Record Manufacturing Company plating and pressing Plant in Los Angeles, California (re-branded in 1985 as Electrosound Los Angeles). Monarch established a solid reputation for pressings of higher quality, and these records are especially sought after by many collectors worldwide.

Both records grades VG+  (a few light sleeve marks)

The jacket grades VG+  (light ring wear; small light stain on the front/lower center; light corner wear; light edge wear)

Also includes a 3mil. clear poly outer sleeve.
