Strong Excellent sound quality (Playtested 14th August 2008)
Vinyl Visual Grade: Excellent Minus (less than three or four handfuls or so of very light superficial hairline marks over both sides of the record, these do not affect playback in any way, there is not a serious deep raised feelable scratch in sight of any significance though, there may be some additional light paper traces/paper scuffing from the the record being placed in and out of the inner sleeve under bright light, looks to have been played on many occasions by looking at spindle marks but it has been looked after and cared for very well, labels are clean with no rips/tears to the labels, there is only very slight wear around the spindle holes, no pen marks or writing on the labels, nice sheen to the record, overall a decent copy visually compared to most early Rolling Stones records you see that generally turn up badly marked and played to death)
Album Cover Grade: Excellent Minus (some very light creasing to 3 of the 4 front corners, some very very light creasing to all the rear corners, there are no spine splits and there is hardly any rubbing/wear to the spine, the spine is still clearly legible, no top edge splits, no bottom edge splits, there is very little rubbing/wear to the top and bottom edges, no major rips or tears in the sleeve, slight corner rubbing, some ringwear on the front and back that is noticeable, the sleeve is clean and has only moderate discolouration/staining on the unlaminated rear sleeve, the sleeve does not suffer from any major laminate lifting or peeling, there are no pen marks/writing on the sleeve, a sturdy sleeve, overall a decent sleeve)
Record Collector 2008 Price Guide Book Price: £150 Mint
All records are graded in complete honesty and with the utmost scrutiny. All records listed have been playtested by me and will not jump, stick, or skip in any way. I have been collecting records now for approximately 12 years and have amassed quite a collection and have decided now is the time to reduce the collection in size. The quality of items listed generally varies but most of the time will be in Excellent condition or thereabouts. If it higher or lower than Excellent then it will be mentioned in full detail in the grading section above. Most of the records that will be listed will be from the 1950's, 1960's and early 1970s. The genre's will vary from prog rock, soul, reggae, rock n roll, beat, pop, psych. I will not be offering any classical records for sale though. I have some huge rarities in my collection and all will be up for sale at some point in the next year or so. Please be confident when buying from me as i have many positive feedback comments left for me and I have been trading on ebay for over 3 years. If you have any questions at all please do not hesitate to ask. Please also click on 'View seller's other items' on the right hand side of the page to see what i have on offer. All the pictures you see in the listings are taken with my own digital camera and my scanner. They will be 100% representative of what you will be purchasing from me. Good Luck !

EXCELLENT
The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD
The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD
The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.
FAIR
The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.

BAD
The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-filler.
