Superb box set of The Rolling Stones - MFSL (Mobile Fidelity Sound Lab) Collection - Original Master Recordings - Audiophile LP Box Set.   Box is in superb condition, and with the exception of a very small dink towards one of the back corners would be NM / Mint for sure.   All albums are superb and appear totally unplayed - all inner sleeves (pictures 8, 9 and 10) are also in superb condition (has red cover jackets and inner white sleeve plus anti static record sleeve) - one red jacket has very clean, small seperation to the seam - rest are 100%.   Includes the original booklet featuring the original album cover pictures (front and reverse) - also in superb condition.  Includes the original Geo-Disc cartridge alignment platter in superb condition (picture 5).  Also includes the original envelope containing the original Certificate of Limited Warranty, the original MFSL Catalogue 1984 Vol II plus the original fold out leaflet on various MFSL releases, limited editions and so forth.
Long out of print, the Collection was originally released in October 1984 as a limited edition pressing of 10,000 - this set is # 4322.   This "Limited Edition Library of Original Master Recordings" was transferred direct from the original 1963 to 1969 master recording tapes.  All 11 albums in this box set were mastered at half speed from the original master tapes, and pressed onto pure 180 gram high definition super vinyl by JVC, which has an extraordinarily quiet playing surface, extreme durability and a lifespan many times exceeding conventional pressings.   Albums included in the Collection are:
