No. 2

Decca 1964

Incredibly well preserved early Mono pressing of the Stones’ second UK album.

The sleeve is front laminated with ‘laminated with ‘Clarifoil’ made by British Celanese Limited’ to the bottom of the rear sleeve. Overall a beautifully preserved, crisp copy - easily in Excellent condition throughout.

The original red and white Decca Mono company inner is also in excellent condition and is date stamped 2-70, indicating a 1970 release for this pressing.

The vinyl is also in Excellent condition - retaining a fantastic sheen and showing only a few very faint marks on the playing surface. The playback demonstrates great clarity. The red ‘Mono’ labels with boxed Decca logo are very clean with only a few spindle trails suggesting it hasn’t been played much at all

Overall a stunning early example.
