Description
Here is a beautiful copy of The Rolling Stones' LP "Out Of Our Heads" on UK Decca LK 4733 from 1965.
This is one of the Stones' great early albums. It's In really excellent condition. Most early Stones albums were normally well played and scratched. Many of them were "party records" and didn't survive well. This copy looks and plays Near Mint/ Mint!
I play tested some of each cut and I was amazed. There was silence in the lead-in grooves and in the grooves between cuts. The vinyl is shiny with one or two minor fine lines on Side Two that have no effect on sound quality.
These labels are the UK Unboxed RED/SILVER DECCA UK LK.4733 MONO K / T Stamp 1st Press variant with no writing or stickers.
The Matrix Numbers are- Side One: ARL-6973-10B Side Two: ARL-6974-9A
The First Press Cover is VG+ with a pinched end with word perfect text spine and no writing or stickers. At the bottom of the back cover it states "Laminated with CLARIFOLL made by British Celanese Limited"
There are three "wrinkles" near the top of the front cover that are not so obvious.
The text and music on back cover relates to the Vietnam war and riots and time we lived in.
There is a sticker in the lower right corner of the back cover that has been partially removed.
The inner sleeve is original and is poly-lined.
This was only their third release in the UK, and it is a great sounding souvenir of the Stones' early days!
