Description

An original 1st press of Stone Age on the UK Decca label from 1971. Matrix 1D/2D - very 1st cut. The heavy set vinyl comes housed in an original Robert Stace with an original blue and white Decca inner sleeve. So, 100% complete and 100% genuine.
Vinyl (Ex+) In lovely condition and has only seen light use. Under close inspection we could only make out a couple of light marks either side - nothing remotely troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a mostly EXCELLENT+ level of playback. Intros are practically silent and the audio comes across with perfect clarity. Interference is pretty much non-existent. All I could detect were a couple of crackles in a couple of isolated moments. A very impressive rendition with little to find fault with.
Cover (Ex) In great condition and has been looked after down the years. Lovely shiny front with only a couple of tiny creases evident. The rear is very nice and clean and doesn't appear to have aged at all. There's a tiny number written in the extreme top-left corner. Edge wear is light and the openings are still sharpish. The spine is ok too with all text still legible. Overall the cover still retains excellent rigidity.
Inner (Ex) No marks or ageing. No splits.
