March 1988, Italy, Bulldog Records BGLP-028 - WL test pressing

visual grading: Mint - played once!

Collector's item: yes! The one and only copy ever pressed

Bulldog Records was an Italian company that operated in full legality, with the SIAE logo

obtained by paying the due fees and using Fonit Cetra Records for the from mastering-

to-distribution process. Font Cetra was the record company owned by the State of Italy,

at the time. Bulldog Records made history in terms of legal releases of historical

performances by Artists like the Rolling Stones, Bob Dylan and the Beatles.

As Collectors know, I was personally involved with Bulldog Records and this is the

reason why I am now able to offer the one and only copy ever pressed of the test-

pressing for 'The Early Rolling Stones, vol.1'. Test-pressing were made using black

vinyl, instead of the color vinyl used for the commercial copies. No finished cover.
