Description

An original 1973 UK 1st press on the Vertigo label. Matrix 1/3. The vinyl comes housed in an original laminated gatefold cover. Also included is the original 'plastic bag warning sleeve. So, 100% genuine and 100% complete.
Vinyl (Ex/Ex+) Superb condition and has only seen light use. Under close inspection I can only make out a couple of very light marks - nothing remotely troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a mostly EXCELLENT+ level of playback. Intros and inbetweens are lovely and quiet and the audio comes across with superb clarity. A truly wonderful pressing and I doubt you'd be able to improve much on the preservation levels here. Clean powerful audio all the way through. Very little sign of background at all. I couldn't detect more than a couple of crackles in a couple of isolated spots. Highly recommended!
Cover (Vg+) The foil areas often pick up some wear and this example is no exception. Nice clean black sectors and wear observable in the foil sectors. Minimal edge wear and sharp openings. The spine is in excellent order with all text legible. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity. Nice!
Inner (Vg+) Lightly aged. bag present. No splits.
