The Shadows of Knight "Gloria" from 1966 on the Dunwich Records Label.

RARE ORIGINAL MONO PRESSING!

The cover is in VERY GOOD + or better condition! Comes with the original plain paper inner sleeve.

 This auction is for a RARE MONO 1st Pressing of The Shadows of Knight Album with the ORIGINAL DARK PINK labels on DUNWICH 666.  

Hard hitting, raw & burning sensations of the fabulous Shadows Of Knight garage fuzz punk at it's best. This was a nasty, driving teen fave in the sixties.

The Gloria album by the Shadows Of Knight positively rocks with a raw energy of a band straight out of the teen clubs, playing with a total abandon and an energy level that seems to explode out of the speakers.

Equal parts Rolling Stones, Yardbirds, Who, and snotty little Chicago-suburb bad boys, the Shadows of Knight could easily put the torch to Chess blues classics, which make up the majority of the songs included here. Their wild takes on "I Just Want to Make Love to You," "Oh Yeah," and "I Got My Mojo Working" rank right up there with any British Invasion band's version from the same time period.

The LP is in VERY GOOD condition with numerous surface scratches on both sides.

The labels are the RARE DARK PINK and are in excellent condition.

Our starting prices are always reasonable. Very rarely will you see a "Reserve Auction". Auctions run for seven days. We Accept PayPal ONLY! Payment must be made within 72 hours of auction close unless other arrangements are made before the auction ends.

Packaging

LP's are removed from the cover and shipped outside of jacket in a inner paper sleeve. The cover and record are then placed in the plastic record protector. Finally, they are packed in the cardboard record mailer supported by cardboard stiffeners. The record is then packed well as for it not to move around during shipping!

Shipping and Insurance

I do not profit from shipping and handling.

US Customers: Shipping cost is as follows: $4.00 Media Mail (2-9 days) or $8.00 Priority Mail (3-5 days).

US customers please be aware that Media Mail can take up to 12 business days to arrive (and on rare occasions even longer). In most cases it will arrive at your door within 5-6 days. I ship all items within 2 business days of receiving your payment. If you would like to receive your item more quickly, I recommend you select Priority Mail as your shipping option.

International Customers: Shipping methods are First Class or Priority International. First Class cannot be tracked.
