For such a classic film  -  a Stanley Kubrick classic no less - , amazingly, the only official releases of this soundtrack on vinyl were in 1980 - the year the movie came out. It was never officially reissued. Thus copies of this are extremely hard to find.
Condition: The vinyl is visually VG- on side 1 (1/4 or so has a fairly thin patch of scuffs and there are some surface marks as well) Side 2 - VG - is somewhat better visually with a few surface marks but less scuffing). About half of the record plays with light surface noise and the other half pretty cleanly. A decent play copy. No skips or sticks anywhere on the record. Pretty well without exception the surface noise is in the vicinity of 1 or 2 out of 10 for loudness where 10 out of 10 would have been as loud as the music. 3 times overall there are short durations / or fairly short durations where there is light clicking as well. Once again - A decent play copy. Most of the music is atmospheric modern classical that is often gets very quiet. The first 2 shorter tracks are nice synth pieces by Wendy Carlos (Switched on Bach) who did the amazing intro music to Kubrick's Clockwork Orange. 
The cover is VG condition with minimal ring wear as in the photo. Has some short, fairly faint crease marks at the peripheries. Small tear in the back near the bottom a little more than an inch long - you can see it in the back cover photo. Very short seam split at the open end in the bottom edge.
