I played this to test it and it sounds good and strong on my properly calibrated turn table and there are no skips, stops, or problems. The album plays strong and clear. On some of the tracks there is a little bit of surface noise and popping but the album plays strong and they were few and far between. It could be static or dust since I inherited this album as is and I have not cleaned it beyond a quick run-through with an anti-static brush to remove visible dust.
I feel like I have graded this conservatively as VG+ (very good plus) but please view all photos carefully and close up for more detailed information on the physical condition of the record and judge for yourself. 
There is no original inner sleeve with this album. I have placed the record in an archival quality, anti-static sleeve for better protection and storage. 
The cover is in pretty good vintage condition with the exception of the top right corner where there is a notable crease (and some kind of rectangular divot that I've seen with other albums -- please see photos). The sleeve is also coming unglued in this upper area but this could likely be fixed pretty easily with some glue or adhesive. Otherwise the album cover is in nice shape with nice vibrant color and readable text, including the edge binding which is clear and readable. I have tried to grade conservatively and err on the side of caution so I am have categorized this cover as a G+ (good plus) so please look at the photos to judge the condition for yourself.
