Vinyl(VG+) Sleeve(G+) notch cut, corner creases/wear, minor moisture  discoloration along the top side of the back cover, minor all cover rubbing ect.  Insert(VG) creasing, top cut 
LP played without any issues, low surface noise in the quite passages.
